2026 Primary Election: Cycle 3 Campaign Finance Reports

The deadline to file Cycle 3 Campaign Finance Reports is Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Reports may be submitted through any of the following methods:

• Online through the Campaign Finance Filing System
• By email to phillyelection@phila.gov
• In person at City Hall, Room 136, between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

Please note: In-person filings will be accepted in Room 136 due to ongoing renovations in the County Board of Elections office.
