2026 Primary Election: Ballots with Unverifiable Identification

The County Board of Elections has identified mail-in and absentee ballots submitted by voters whose identification could not be verified. Unless acceptable identification is provided, the Board cannot count your ballot.

Voters who have not submitted acceptable proof of identification, or whose identification could not be verified, should complete the ID Verification Form as soon as possible. Voters may also submit a photocopy or picture of an acceptable ID by email to phillyelection@phila.gov or by fax to (215) 686-3398.

Voters may also call (215) 686-3469 or visit any Satellite Election Office for in-person assistance with identity verification. Visit vote.phila.gov/seos for office locations, or vote.phila.gov/ballot-drop-off for an interactive map to find the closest office.

Identity verification materials must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
