TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that Philadelphia County’s Pre-Canvass of Mail-In and Absentee Ballots for the November 4, 2025 Municipal General Election will begin at 7:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the City Commissioners’ Election Warehouse at 11311 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19154, and continue until completed.
