2024 General Election: Philadelphia County Recount Update

On the advice of the Pennsylvania Department of State, as of the evening of November 21, 2024, Philadelphia County has paused and will not complete its recount for the office of U.S. Senator.
After beginning at 8:00 AM on November 20, 2024, Philadelphia County was hours away from completing the recount when counties were notified that it was no longer necessary.
