Voters may only drop off their own ballot. If a voter has a physical disability or illness which prevents them from personally picking up or returning their Absentee or Mail-in Ballot, they should complete the Designated Agent form to designate an agent to transport their ballot and submit the completed forms along with their ballot, secured with a rubber band or paper clip to the outside of the ballot.
