Mail ballots for the 2024 Presidential General Election are now arriving in mailboxes across Philadelphia.
Voters in need of replacement materials, including a ballot, secrecy envelope, or declaration envelope, can visit one of our Satellite Election Offices for assistance. These offices are open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., and Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. To locate your nearest Satellite Election Office, visit vote.phila.gov/seos.
Voters can also visit our County Board of Elections Office in City Hall, Room 140. This office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
For those unable to visit in person, replacements can be requested by completing our online request form.
Mail ballots must be received—not postmarked—by 8:00 P.M. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5th. Mail ballots may be returned by mail or in person to one of our secure drop boxes. For a full list of drop box locations, visit vote.phila.gov/ballot-drop-off.
