Electronic Pollbook Update

As part of the electronic pollbook implementation, the city commissioners’ staff and others that were part of the overall project team subjected the electronic pollbooks to rigorous testing in real world situations. While they performed well, the project team encountered a freezing issue in certain scenarios.

The project team has recommended that the electronic pollbook deployment be postponed so that the issue can be corrected by the vendor, and a new software version certified (if needed). This will allow the smoothest possible deployment.
