For replacement ballots please call 215-686-3469 or come to
1. the County Board of Elections office in City Hall Room 140, on
- Thursday or Friday, April 18th and April 19th, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm;
- Saturday or Sunday, April 20th and 21st, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm;
- Monday, April 22nd from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; or
- Election Day from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm; OR
2. the Satellite Election Office at 4029 Market Street, on
- Thursday or Friday, April 18th and April 19th, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm;
- Saturday or Sunday, April 20th and 21st, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm;
- Monday, April 22nd from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; or
- Election Day from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
