The official count will commence on Friday morning, March 24, 2016 at 9:00AM at 520 N. Columbus Blvd., 6th floor, with the swearing in of the civil service employees. This process is open to the public. Any candidate or their representative who wishes to review specific election materials should schedule an appointment to do so at 215-686-1530.
