The Board of Elections, sitting as the Return Board, will convene at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at 520 N. Columbus Blvd., 6th floor courtroom, Philadelphia, PA 19123, to dispense with a Common Pleas Court Order.
