The deadline to request a mail-in or absentee ballot is October 27th.On the 27th, all satellite election offices will open at 9:30AM, and if submitting an application for a mail in ballot, you must be in line by 5:00PM. Any individual who arrives at a satellite election office after 5:00PM legally cannot submit a paper application. Satellite election offices will return to normal operating hours on Wednesday, October 28th.
