Unofficial List of Candidates for City Elective Office Who Filed Nomination Petitions
The requirement for candidates who seek city elective office for Mayor, City Commissioner, Register of Wills, Sheriff, and Council at Large were required to file a minimum of 1000 signatures. The requirements for candidates who seek city elective office for a District Council Office were required to file a minimum of 750 signatures. The listed signature totals are numbers provided by the candidates or their campaigns, to the Philadelphia County Board of Elections at the time of filing. The County Board of Elections ONLY reviews the petitions so that the minimum number of signatures required, are met by the candidate. The validity of which will be determined by the Court, if so challenged.
