Contracts and RFP responses for New Voting system and Electronic Poll Books
The contracts for the new voting system and electronic poll books have been signed. Now that the contracts have been conformed, they are publicly available below, subject to certain redactions for security purposes.
Furthermore, the Office of the City Commissioners is providing the responses received to the voting system and poll book RFPs in order to provide additional information about the process undertaken to select the new systems. Redactions to the responses have been made to ensure security and proprietary related information remain confidential.
